These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Training Content Checker ("Service"), operated by Enterprise Pursuits, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Arkansas ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of Enterprise Pursuits, LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and the State of Arkansas. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering

You expressly agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or replicate the source code, algorithms, methods, or processes underlying the Service. Any attempt to create a competing product or service based on the design, functionality, or output of this Service is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Enterprise Pursuits, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

5. Beta Service Disclaimer

The Service is currently provided in beta form. It is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterprise Pursuits, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Arkansas.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
